"I’m proud to say that I’ve hiked the Jud Wiebe trail 32 times since April 2024, and I’ve appreciated every step. Hiking the same trail over and over has made me feel strong and healthy, but I’ve also become addicted to witnessing all the big and small changes from season to season and day to day. The sunlight, shadows, and clouds seem to put on a different show for me each day. I was especially drawn to these dramatic flowy clouds showing off at the bottom of the trail earlier this summer, which I referenced in this paper painting. It’s a reminder that we’re all also part of nature and its cycles, and prone to similar changes from day to day and season to season." - Molly Perrault
